Studen\u021bii vor ob\u021bine din partea partenerului de practic\u0103 o \u201dadeverin\u021b\u0103 constatatoare a stagiului de practic\u0103\u201d efectuat <sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Varianta (2)<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; STUDEN\u021aII POT ASISTA LA \u0218EDIN\u021aELE DE JUDECAT\u0102 ALE INSTANTELOR DIN BUCURESTI SI\/SAU DIN PROVINCIE, oric\u00e2nd \u00een perioada semestrului al II lea, p\u00e2n\u0103 la data colocviului. Adresele instan\u021belor de judecat\u0103 se reg\u0103sesc pe site-ul <a href=\"http:\/\/www.portal.just.ro\">portal.just.ro<\/a> . \u00cen vederea redact\u0103rii referatului de practic\u0103, a se avea \u00een vedere c\u0103 \u00een dreptul fiec\u0103rei s\u0103li de judecat\u0103 se afl\u0103 un avizier \u00een care este afi\u0219at\u0103 lista de dosare a \u0219edin\u021bei de judecat\u0103 din ziua respectiv\u0103 (num\u0103r dosar, nume p\u0103r\u021bi litigante, obiect cauz\u0103). Solu\u021biile dispuse \u00een cadrul fiec\u0103rui dosar se vor reg\u0103si online pe portal.just.ro. Se vor consemna pe scurt dosarele urm\u0103rite \u0219i<br \/>modul de desf\u0103\u0219urare a \u0219edin\u021bei de judecat\u0103. \u0218edin\u021bele de judecat\u0103 sunt publice, conform codului de procedur\u0103 civil\u0103. Nu este necesar\u0103 ob\u021binerea unei adeverin\u021be de practic\u0103. Este recomandat ca referatul s\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 doi, trei pagini format A4.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Varianta (3)<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; STUDEN\u021aII CARE \u00ce\u0218I DESF\u0102\u0218OAR\u0102 ACTIVITATEA PROFESIONAL\u0102 \u00ceN CADRUL UNOR INSTITU\u021aII MEN\u021aIONATE ANTERIOR la punctul (1)<br \/>&#8211; cu titlu exemplificativ &#8211; \u0219i care au atribu\u021bii profesionale din domeniul juridic conform fi\u0219ei de post, pot prezenta la colocviu o adeverin\u021b\u0103 eliberat\u0103 de angajator \u00een care s\u0103 se men\u021bioneze atribu\u021biile profesionale de baz\u0103, \u00een vederea echival\u0103rii stagiului de practic\u0103.<br \/>TOTI STUDEN\u021aII VOR \u00ceNTOCMI UN \u201eREFERAT DE PRACTIC\u0102\u201d \u00ceN CARE VOR CONSEMNA ACTIVIT\u0102\u0162ILE DE PRACTIC\u0102 EFECTUATE. \u00cen cazul de excep\u021bie al echival\u0103rii stagiului de practic\u0103, respectiv punctul (3), se va \u00eentocmi un referat \u00een care vor fi prezente succint activit\u0103\u021bile profesionale desf\u0103\u0219urate.
