Observ\u0103m c\u0103 pentru responden\u021bii la \u00eenceput de carier\u0103 este important s\u0103 reg\u0103seasc\u0103 sfaturi pentru a se preg\u0103ti pentru procesul de selec\u021bie, dar \u0219i care este profilul oamenilor c\u0103uta\u021bi de angajator. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, responden\u021bii cu peste 3 ani experien\u021b\u0103 profesional\u0103, ar fi interesa\u021bi s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 cum este men\u021binut echilibrul \u00eentre via\u021ba personal\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103 \u00een cadrul companiei \u0219i informa\u021bii despre cultura organiza\u021bional\u0103.<br><br>De asemenea, ambele segmente de reponden\u021bi au men\u021bionat c\u0103 ar prefera s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 informa\u021biile de mai sus, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, citind articole (studen\u021bi \u2013 67%, profesioni\u0219ti \u2013 73%). \u00cen timp ce pentru studen\u021bi urm\u0103toarea form\u0103 dorit\u0103 de ob\u021binere a informa\u021biilor este participarea la evenimente, profesioni\u0219tii prefer\u0103 con\u021binut ce poate fi consumat \u00een maxim 30 de secunde.<br><br>Rezultatele studiului&nbsp;<strong>Cei Mai Dori\u021bi Angajatori 2021<\/strong>&nbsp;se bazeaz\u0103 pe informa\u021biile colectate \u00een urma unui chestionar online \u00een perioada decembrie 2020 &#8211; aprilie 2021.
